Swiggy Layoff 2020 : I lost my job from Swiggy

 

Life changed overnight for all of us. Swiggy just announce their layoff due to pandemic. Yes, I’m Impacted. In this week swiggy will lay off their 1100 on-roll employees. We all know this is the wrong step but it’s necessary for swiggy. Due to this covid situation swiggy not able to make money. Due to that swiggy going to close their operations in many cities.

I’m not blaming swiggy, Because I was a part of swiggy family. I know what situation & problems are swiggy facing this time. Even I’m thankful to swiggy for 2years of wonderful journey & lovely memories. at here I start my career, at here I learn management, at here I understand what the work Pressure is. Swiggy taught me team management and team bonding. Swiggy was the place where I got training of my personal and profession life. I’m thank full to my team who support me every time. I thankful to my higher authority who trained me. I thank full to my office security guards and peons who take care of me and finally big thanks to my all Delivery partners without them I’m nothing. This global Pandemic gave a lesson to us “noting will be permanent “
