How i got the Job in Swiggy?

I’m happy to announce that. I got the job.

Yes, I got the job in swiggy. I got the position of fleet operation manager. I’m highly Excited to work with India’s top leading online Delivery based Startup. Yes, this is the purely non-technical job but it’s fine I got MBA level Job position.

I completed my graduation In IT engineering. College taken fees in lakh, but their education level is so poor and pathetic placement support. As a student after getting admission in top college we always dream about high class placement. But after completing graduation all dreams are evaporated.

But I’m lucky I have a skill I have a network I have a knowledge. Through that my network I got a job reference, through that my knowledge I can crack interview and thorough that my skill and luck I got the job.

Swiggy job journey start few days back, I’m doing my work at IT company were I’m intern. My phone was ringing. I pick up the call one girl ask me are u looking for a job.? I said yes. She asked me would you like to join swiggy as a delivery partner you can work full time or part time at your favorite location. She described all the job details and send me the interview location. I went there and seen lots of people are standing in queue and waiting for job. They all look like a labor or black color job employee. that time I got a thought in my mind “jay u r an engineer, you deserve better than this” and decided I’m not gonna this job. But earning money is my priority goal. Job related thoughts are continually running in my mind. I go back to my IT company and start searching about swiggy. Because at that time I really don’t know about swiggy. I got lots of information about swiggy. Then I applied there.

When you want start something god will defiantly help you. I met my society friend at night and discuss about swiggy. he told me one of the society members doing job in swiggy. I said lets meet him then we meet him. He asked about my education, pervious experience and resume. Next day He refer me in swiggy . at evening I got the call from swiggy HR. I gave him telephonic interview. Second day he called me for one on one interview. After completing HR first round I’m eligible for second round. I will be taking by area manager niraj patel. I met him he asked me lots of question regarding my self , my education  and swiggy. after 1 hrs conversation I’m selected for next round that will be conducted by shri kiran who is city operating Head. That interview become a difficult if I’m not doing my research work. Before the interview I research about swiggy, job position and sri kiran kosori . but I did my research work and my presence of mind help me to creak that interview and finally got the job.

25^th June is my joining date…And I’m really excited for this job. This is a really great step of my career.
