Who am I?

"Who are you?" 

Can you imagine how many times you may have asked this question? Okay, you count and remember the number. Come on, I'm serious. 

All right, so today the things I am going to share will only reach to you if you make a packet of 'your past and your perceptions of future' and throw that imaginary packet into a imaginary river. In case you have a beautiful past then at least put beside you and don't open until you finish it. 

"Jay Patidar! Jay Sardar!" The whole Gujarat goes viral! The anger of the people, the fire of the buses, the crying of the widows, the cruelty of police......

You obviously will consider these negative terms negative. But let us remember Kurukhetra in 3137 BC, yes Mahabharata! Well, these riots are nothing compare to that but the point is what do you think? Mahabharata was negative or positive? good or evil? Story of god or devil? 

Ans is Karma, My friend. Not these, all the stories are of Karma. But we get distracted when we believe death, evil, darkness exist. When everything is meant to be and meant to be for good only then why to worry? What will you give definition of the term 'darkness'? You have to think in terms of light only because darkness doesn't have existence, it's just absence of the light. Same thing applies for death. You're alive, your life then how can death come to you! How can darkness be on the sun! Now here the question comes to identify "I". 

What do you think when you see a Lamborghini running? Its beauty, its color, its style, its power. But think what is alive, the car or the driver? 

What do you think when you see a character in drama? The costume, the make-up, the dialogues, the acting. But think what is alive, the character or the real person who is playing it?  

What do you think when you see a green tree? Its beautiful flowers, its fresh leaves, its wide branches, its gigantic trunk. But think what is the more important? The outer tree or the root? 

When you realize that there is no such thing as death you will see all the questions, all the worries disappearing.  Your needs changes from money, good looks, body needs, fame to peace, truth, love. But first you should be ready to realize. In the world where people are even fighting for a penny it needs courage to realize that everything, every people you see is going to stay behind. May you have that courage! 

Now remember that number which you got at starting and ask that many time "Who am I?" until you reach the ultimate truth. All the best!
